The storage rooms are very nice, and don't smell funny the way some other places do. but what really made up my mind were the people that worked there. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The customer service is amazing. I might be able to ding them a bit for being a little more pricy, but my dad has always told me that you get what you pay for, and when I shopped around, that was true. My stuff is too important to gamble with at less expensive places.
