I'm quite suprised at reading the reviews. I stay here all the time and have never really had any problems. Yes the place is run by Americans who immigrated here, but it's 2012 people grow up. My room is always clean and if I don't have towels I just ask for more and the staff is always willing to accomdate. I've gone swimming there before and it was fine. The breakfast is continential so if you're expecting a buffet then obviously you don't understand the meaning of continential breakfast. The place is pretty great compared to the motels across the street.

Our room was very clean with 2 large Queen beds with incredibly comfortable matresses and a good amount of bedding/pillows! Bathroom was clean and we had some freebie toiltries in the sink area.

We were there for one night I was in town to visit my family.The main thing to me is how clean our room is no bed bugs i checked , no body hairs in shower it was clean. Its also nice having fridge in our room my kids loved the pool and breakfast they had cereal and milk and fruit it was fine! The owners were ok i did not experince any rudeness the american man on the phone when we booked our room was very nice and charming.. So for the price and indoor pool and clean room was good enough for us

They were very supportive to our emergency needs. We were able to continue renting our room at the basic price quoted to us, and even when they experienced a rush of students for the weekend, they managed to keep a room available for us during our crisis. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends in a crisis situation.

Clean, quiet, exectly the things I wanted. Clean, quiet, exectly the things I wanted (bed, TV, hot water, coffee in the lobby, wireless Internet), and didn't pay for anything I didn't care about (10-story atrium lobby, restaurant, bar, etc.). Excellent value for money, and really… important: I was able to stay one night, didn't have to take the whole weekend (as some others demand on busy campus weekends). Will stay again, recommend to friends.

air conditioning was great. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was extremely good value for money. The location wasn't a problem for us - took approx 45minutes to walk to the area we needed to get to. A taxi to the mall was approx $6 though and took about 5-10mins. The shower was really good and the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. No noise complaints at all and I loved the vending machine.

The room had a small refrigerator. We had a decent clean room for the night with two queen beds that were very comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator which was convenient to keep the drinks and sandwiches we had for the car trip.
