Terrific Downtown Italian. Great Impasta is located in the middle of downtown Champaign and is one of the few restaurants there with its own parking lot. The interior decor is upscale with featured artists on the walls and nice touches like the wonderful curved bar and a painted ceiling fresco while still being comfortable. The chicken marsala is the absolute best.
