Doesn't Recommend

horrible especially for the price. First, I want you to know that this place came highly recommended by several people. I spent over 200 in this salon. I got high and low lights, cut and manicure. The work was bad. Really bad. I don't get upset easily and didn't say much when I left and I tipped her--wish I hadn't. The longer I thought about it the more upset I got. I sat there and listened to so much gossip come out of her mouth and I can't tell you how many times she said "whoops!" (meaning about my head). She couldn't take her eyes off of the other people in the salon, she was everywhere but focused on my hair. 2x she stopped what she was doing and asked someone else for advice on how to continue. I thank her for asking but omg aren't they trained? I have colored my hair before (and will from now on) but I wish i could post a pic. It was the most unproffesional thing ever. It wasn't a nightmare but for the $$ I shoulda been damn happy!! oh, and when she was done with the color she spent about 2 minutes on a haircut which is what I really needed. You ladies know how great your hair feels when you leave the salon? well, not at bj's it feels the same or slightly worse. Be warned!!
