I recently purchased a vehicle at Rick Ridings and was extremely pleased with the experience. Wes, my salesperson, was wonderful. He asked me my wants: heated seats and a sunroof. Wes never pressured me to purchase one vehicle over another and gave me information to make the best decision for me. I decided to get a new Fusion, an absolutely beautiful car with heated seats and sunroof. :-)

I can't thank the people at Rick Ridings Ford enough for all their help when my car broke down on my way from Indiana to Springfield. Casey and the service department were so helpful and Hoppy was the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. They all made my unfortunate situation so much easier and I appreciate all their help with my unexpected purchase of a new vehicle!

My husband and I came in to look at some trucks for him. He walks with a cane so it is hard to walk long distances for him. John Prater came out to help us, and the next thing we know he brought a golf cart for us to ride in. What a wonderful surprise. We loved the service and the kindness. Thank You Rick Ridings.

Great dealership, Rick is a super guy to deal with. There prices are the best you will find anywhere, and they don't play games. The web site is always up to date...that's how I've bought many vehicles from them. Just find it on the web site, call your salesman and let them take care of the hassles. Good service dept too.
