Best Japanese in the area.
I love this place! I have eaten at quite a number of Japanese restaurants in my lifetime and this one, hands down, is the best. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the price is fair. I highly recommend their teppanyaki dining and their sushi. I've never been disappointed with a meal I've had there.

TOO pricey, inconsiderate management.
First off, the prices are WAY to expensive for the food they serve. There is no real focus on authentic cuisine, sort of a mishmosh of Asian culture. Although the sushi is tasty, the wait for it can be very long on weekends/special days. The management is overly presumptuous and comes off too much like a salesperson, trying to sell their food rather than accomodate you. The service is good but not excellent, due to poor management.

Don't do Thai at Miko.
I never understand restaurants that want to serve Thai, Korean, and Japanese foods. It's as if they think that people here don't know the difference between Asian cultures, which in fact, many don't. This being said, DO NOT order Thai food here.
The fried calamari, whose appearence were essentially fishsticks, could have easily been made by Van De Kamp. The Pad Thai tasted like it had been made with katschup and the Panang curry was awful in that it had no flavor at all.
To their benefit, the rolls were good, if not pricy. Go, have a drink, some sushi, but stay away from anything Thai.
