Cardinal Fitness is a scam. This place should be investigated. The place is dirty, the music is too raunchy, and the staff are horribly rude. We have had a bad experience with them, and when I asked around, I found out that many others were dismayed by the lack of customer service. Don't expect to contact management, they discourage it so much that you can't find any email addresses or phone numbers, and the "managers" on site don't care - just want to scam you out of your money. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
