Root canals were done improperly -(1) was under filled and contained air bubbles while (1) was overfilled. The second root canal was completed even though the tooth could not be numbed.

No rubber dam was used to prevent the spread of infection resulting in further damage and pain (which was extensive).

The office manager will not take or return my phone calls.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. The faculty was professional and friendly. They worked thoroughly and made sure to explain all procedures and treatment options to me. Dr. Tania Lodhi was especially helpful and a great dentist. She was made sure I was comfortable at all times and not experiencing any pain. She made sure I was satisfied before leaving and gave me detailed post procedure care instructions. The clinic manager Karen was very helpful and worked with me to come up with an affordable payment plan. I will be visiting this clinic again for all of my future dental treatments and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Great Service. The best experience I have ever had with a dental office. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by a friendly staff and promptly taken in. The staff is extremely professional, meticulous and go above and beyond for their patients. They provide state-of-the-art technologies. I am so relieved to find a dental office who is as caring and thorough.Aspen Dental will work with you to prioritize your treatments and create a plan that works with your budget. . Great Dental Office. From the moment I walked in the door to leaving after my appointment it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, they explained what they were doing and why before all procedures. My appointment included having my teeth cleaned and then having an oral exam by the dentist. My teeth never felt cleaner and the oral exam was way above average. I even got checked for oral cancers. I hear that this is the place to go to get great looking dentures and cosmetic work, too. Thank you Dr Dossett and staff.
