I'm glad PDR took the time to fully inspect my truck. They found 2 U Joints on the front drive shaft that were in need of repair. I like the way the inspection form is written out. Very easy to read and understand.

Thought it was going to be a big issue, wasn't and the cost was very reasonable. I didn't know anything about it, or anyone else in town. Will definitely go back if anything happens again.

The service was good and the work performed was clearly explained. I recently paid close to $300.00 to have my brakes replaced at Rons Automotive, in Urbana. I had to take my vehicle back due to my rear brake drums smoking. Even after taking my vehicle to Rons a second time, the work completed was still wrong. For this reason, I took my vehicle to PDR who repaired my brakes correctly. Although I still had to pay for a new complete brake job, I'm happy with the work completed.

Competent, trained mechanics , up to date on the "new" automotive equipment . Friendly courteous staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pam said they did a great job and the owner is very good to work with. He was patient with all of her questions. This business is very trustworthy and honest.

Had PDR to replace my wiring harness and turn signal switch out because My head lights were not operating when I would rise my Sterring wheel up and down. PDR done the work when I needed it to be done and they Have done a very good job. The cost was alittle higher than expected but I am happy that I had them do it. They also told me that they warrenty the labor and parts for 12,000 miles or one year! That is a good deal. They were all so very polite and they work with you to get the job done.

This business was very careful with her vehicle and they took extra time to service the vehicle. The service went well and the pricing was good.
